Stained glass and fused glass beginners classes have started again for 2015 and will run throughout the year.  

Start any Wednesday evening, 6.30 - 9.00pm or try the weekend workshop held on the last weekend of every month.

Stained glass beginners courses are held throughout the year. They are held every Wednesday evening, which can be joined anytime. We also run weekend workshops. Once the course has finished you are welcome to stay on at the studio to work on your own projects. The stained glass class runs for 6 evenings 6.30-9.00pm (They do not have to be consecutive) or over 2 days in the weekend class. Costs are £150, for all glass, materials, equipment and tuition.

Soldering the lead came joints together to strengthen the panel. Each strip of lead is fixed in place with a small amount of solder. This is done on both sides of the panel.

Learn how to cut glass, build a panel with lead strips, solder the panel and finish with casement cement.
